About Me

Simone is an Omaha native with several years of experience in multi-family, single-family, commercial and HOA management.  Simone has held her Nebraska Real Estate license since 2017 and gained her Iowa license in 2023.   Her interest in real estate began with her grandfather, an architect specializing in high-profile educational and institutional buildings.   Simone received her bachelor’s degree from UNL in textile design and marketing.   She quickly discovered her desire was to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps and switched to a real estate career.   Simone is currently serving her second term on the board of the Omaha Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as the Education Chair.   She holds active certifications as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).   Simone’s passion includes real estate investing, educational growth and finding ways to serve and give back to her community.
