Ann has devoted her career to the sale, purchase and management of real estate in the Omaha market for more than 25 years. As a realtor, she thrives on finding the perfect contract for each client she represents – as well as making sure the entire experience is pleasant or everyone involved. Her extensive years of experience make it possible for her to anticipate needs you didn’t even know you had – and her deep network of industry professionals makes it easy for her to execute quickly on your wishes during the buying or selling process. As a property manager, Ann stays laser-focused on ensuring your properties are leased, maintained properly, and that your tenants are happy. A happy tenant is a great tenant! She has comprehensive experience managing residential, commercial and association properties, gaining accolades from her clients for her delivery of a stress-free experience for them, their tenants and association members.
Ann and her husband Chip live in Elkhorn, surrounded by four lovely daughters, a son-in-law, and two precious granddaughters. In her free time, Ann enjoys gardening, spending time with her granddaughters and walking her two crazy Corgi’s.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Bruce Smith. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2010. After 32 years of sales with Northwestern Bell/Dex Media, I decided to retire. I realized retirement wasn’t for me, so I went to work for one of my former clients (Henderson Business Group) selling businesses. I have since facilitated the sale/purchase of nearly 100 small to medium size companies. I enjoy working with a wide variety of businesses. My sales range from under $20,000 to over $3.5 million. In addition to business sales I also facilitate residential as well.
I’m a native of Norwalk Ohio. I came to Nebraska to attend Dana College. After graduating with a Business degree, I made the decision to remain in the Omaha area. My wife of 15 years, Sheila and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our six beautiful grandchildren. I also enjoy playing golf and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Hi, I’m Dave Watson. After spending much of my career in leadership and management roles—including restaurant management, service management, and currently serving as a transportation manager for a trucking company—I decided it was time to level up and test myself in the world of real estate.
I’m a lifelong Jacksonville Jaguars fan and have proudly supported the team since they joined the NFL. I also believe the best missions are accomplished as a team—which is why I work alongside my wife, Sam. Together, we help guide clients through the home buying and selling process with clear communication, strong advocacy, and just enough humor to keep things fun and stress-free.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me camping on the weekends, cheering on the Jaguars, or serving as the unofficial DJ at the campground. Hannah has roots dating back to 2008 when she began working as an intern at a real estate firm and quickly became a property manager. She graduated from UNO with a Finance, Banking and Real Estate degree. Her passion for real estate grew as she became a licensed Realtor in 2015 while continuing her portfolio as property manager.
In 2018, while maintaining her license, she joined her husband in operating their family landscaping business and shortly after that they had their first of three children in 2020 (What a fun year!). She enjoys getting to know her clients and serving each one’s unique needs by utilizing her vast experience and love for helping people.
Hannah grew up in Omaha and enjoys raising her family in the area. She lives in the country with her family and they love to spend time outdoors, taking care of their chickens and playing with the kids.

His experience led him to pursue residential real estate, where he looks forward to working with clients and providing them with the honest, trustworthy service they deserve.
James is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, disc golf, hiking, biking, and gardening. He takes yearly trips to the Rocky Mountains and makes sure to cheer on the Huskers during college football season.

Kat has been a licensed Realtor® since 2003, and in 2022, decided that it was her time to start her own real estate firm, Betts Real Estate. Kat recognized the need for all management services and made it her passion to start her own firm. Kat is devoted to customer service and taking care of her clients by going above and beyond the call of duty. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and energy is something that sets her apart.
Kat grew up in Gretna, NE, and lives there today, along with most of her family. Kat is married to Nick, a Marine veteran, and is committed to helping veterans secure housing. Whether it is a rental or a military member looking to buy/sell their home or manage their current property while stationed elsewhere, Kat is there to help. Kat is an avid Husker and Green Bay Packers fan – Kat and Nick married at Lambeau Field. Kat has two nieces and two nephews with whom she loves to spend time.
