About Me

Valita Stabler’s journey in real estate began back in 2017 with the purchase of her first home. Having always wanted to own her own house, yet unsure if it would ever be possible as a single-parent living on a teacher’s salary, she was inspired by the help of a friend.

Thanks to this friend, a Realtor, and a kind and caring loan officer, she learned what she needed to do to make my dream of a homeowner a reality. After four years of living in the cutest tiny house, it was time for an upgrade, so she bought a second home and transitioned the first house to a rental.

Enjoying being a property owner and landlord, Valita left her full-time teaching career and attended real estate school in 2022.
